The Multiple slide process in a single machine is known as 5th Axis Machining. The Word "5 axis" refers, the blade which moves the number of directions. In the 5th Axis machine, the tools will across the X, Y and Z linear axes, also rotate on both the A and B axes to work in multiple directions.
The CNC machining system contains 3 axes and it takes 4-6 hours for one piece. Including Rotations needed to complete fabrication works. But our SRS Engineering is different; they will complete the same tasks less than 2hrs with 5th axis machining service.
